HR Manager

Eagle Distilleries Factory (EDC), part of Mudieb Haddad Group, established in 1953 and specialized in the production of alcohol beverages is looking to hire an HR Manager to do the following:



Main Responsibilities:

- Participate in manpower planning.



- Work with department heads to ensure vacancies are filled with qualified employees. This includes advertising for the position, screening and interviewing applicants, performing background checks and selecting candidates



- Draw up the necessary contractual paperwork and ensure employee’s documents are available. When employees quit or get fired, conduct exit interviews and follow up on their clearance procedures.



- Conduct new employees’ orientation and ensure needed office supplies and equipment are in place.



- Oversee and participate in training needs assessments to determine when training is necessary and the type of training needed to improve performance and productivity



- Coach managers on performance management issues and processes.



- Oversee and participate in employee performance appraisal process



- Maintain a positive employer-employee relationship



- In the event of dispute, counsel each party individually or together, and develop a compromise solution that is acceptable to everyone involved. Recommend necessary disciplinary actions.



- Oversee company compensation and benefits plans, ensuring employees are appropriately compensated



- Keep up-to-date on changes to employment law, social security and taxation laws.



- Review and amend company policies and procedures when necessary, and ensure proper implementation



- Managing HR budget



- Supervise HR staff, coach and mentor them.



- Manage HR initiatives and social activities.
