Our client is looking for an experience Sales Manager to be based in Dubai / Abu Dhabi and deliver growth across the Middle East. They need someone who has experience of selling complex software solutions to the education sector (Universities) and understands the sector. The main purpose of the role is to deliver growth for our client in the assigned region - including orders, revenue and profitability. This will be achieved through developing relationships with new and existing resellers, as well as direct client contact with and without partner involvement.
Key Accountabilities for Sales Manager:
- Achievement of financial goals
- Deliver agreed Order and Revenue growth, as measured by annual targets
- Monitor and facilitate implementation projects to ensure client satisfaction and profitability
- Manage all aspects of the relationship with resellers and partners in the Region
- Implement marketing activities to increase the pipeline of opportunities with each reseller
- Assist resellers to close deals, as well as closing business directly where appropriate
- Maximize up-selling to existing users
- Produce accurate and timely pipeline information, business forecasts and project reviews.
Additional duties
- Identify and qualify potential new resellers and partners in the region
- Analyze opportunities for new products in the region
- Market research of potential new countries for entry in the Region
- Organizing attendance at local events
- Preparation annually of a 3 year outline strategy together with a detailed 12-month business plan
