Marketing Executive - NASSER BIN KHALED

Under general supervision, provides marketing and administrative support to a department. Designs less complex promotional brochures or related materials. Contacts clients to follow up on services performed or to answer routine questions regarding available services or products.



• Assist in the production of routine promotional printed materials, advertising production, media planning and buying, events management and direct marketing in line with marketing strategy.

• Showroom display of all the NBKS Retail operations, point of sale and merchandising & Market area website development & fulfillment of brochure requests.

• Work with functional colleagues to ensure the effective operation of the market area & update and improve product knowledge and competitor awareness in order to increase opportunity for sales.

• Promote, at all times, the NBKS Retail culture of quality and excellence and deliver the Retail operations experience & maximize conversion of customer opportunity.

• Maximize customer referral and retention as measured by referral rates, CSI and customer complaints.

• Ensure local and Trade Associations policies, procedures and minimum standards are met and that all statutory requirements including trading standards, consumer legislation, fire, health and safety etc. are adhered to.

• Handle all internal and external customers and suppliers with courtesy and ensure the NBKS Retail Brands experience is delivered to all contacts at all times.

• May secure copyright clearances for publication materials.

• Create and maintains marketing files, records, calendars, logs and other documents.

• Perform a range of staff and/or operational support activities; may serve as a liaison with NBKS Retail operations / departments on basic administrative and/or operational matters.

• Operate personal computer to enter data and print letters, tables, reports, and other material.

• Assisting with the production of marketing materials

• Providing support for Marketing events & exhibitions as required.

• Assist with the collation of information for promotional literature.

• Responsible for end to end preparation of marketing materials & uploading the same in online libraries, internet groups, social media, and websites.

• Updating & maintaining the Marketing departments documentation and database.

• Managing events, booking venues, ordering marketing materials, getting quotes.

• Setting up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.

• Track competitor activities

• Carry out any temporary assignments as per the mangers instruction.
