A luxury five-star hotel in Doha is looking for Housekeeping Attendant.
*To attend daily briefing in Housekeeping Office conducted by Supervisors/Superiors.
*To collect Room Report, Floor Keys & Tools from the Housekeeping office & return them at the end of the shift. To ensure that you sign out and in for the keys.
*To collect flowers for bud vases in rooms that needs changing.
*To ensure that before you enter the room, to press the doorbell and knock on the door and announce ‘Housekeeping’ before entering.
*To clean and store cleaning equipment in it’s proper place.
*To keep corridors and lift landings clean at all times.
*To collect the section key and room report from the Housekeeping office & return them at the end of the shift.
*To clean each suite and bathroom thoroughly, make the necessary arrangement in guest rooms and replenish guest supplies.
*To inspect all facilities, furniture and fixtures, and report any damage to the Supervisor for action & follow-up.
*To collect dirty linen in the proper trolley.
*To attend to the guest’s requests and queries courteously and promptly in the course of duty.
*To strip linen piece by piece to ensure that there are no guest’s items or hotel items before collecting the dirty linen and placing in the proper trolley.
*To clean each suite and bathroom thoroughly, making the necessary arrangement in guest rooms and replenish guest supplies.
* To ensure that after cleaning the rooms, the rooms are to be released to the respective status. Eg. Occupied Clean or Vacant Clean.
*To inspect all facilities, furniture and fixtures, and report any damage to the Supervisor or Office Coordinator for action and follow-up.
*To provide a turn down service as per the standard required by the hotel.
* To attend to the guest’s requests and queries courteously and promptly in the course of duty.
