Policies and Procedures

 Ensure availability of HR policy and process manuals to all employees at the location



 Conduct regular training for HRM personnel at the respective location on processes and service level agreements (SLAs) as defined in the HRM Process Manual



 Ensure all HR policy and process change suggestions (from business managers and otherwise) are recorded and discussed with Sr. Manager- HRS



Ensuring Regulatory and Policy Compliance

 Ensure all relevant documentation is maintained for preparation of monthly MIS

 Ensure SLA compliance of location’s HR team and suggesting and solving problems in areas where SLAs are not being achieved

 Coordinate with the internal audit team to ensure timely completion of audit

 Monitor compliance to Process Manual during the day-to-day HRM operations of the location

Other

 Manage all HRS related activities and ensure their completeness with the highest efficiency

 Report periodically to the senior manager on all HRS performance

 Monitor total cost of respective location’s HRM operations and suggest methods to reduce the same

 Create budget for location’s HRM Operations

 Assist the HRD team during the implementation of HRD activities (appraisals, training programs, etc)

 Plan team building events for location HRM personnel
