Civil Engineer (Preference given for QATARI nationals)

• Analyze survey report, design calculation, drawing, aerial photography and other geologic data to plan projects.

• Prepare schedule plan for construction.

• Direct construction, operation, and maintenance activities at project site.

• Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment or labor to determine project feasibility.

• Provide technical advice regarding design, construction or program modifications and structural repairs to Project Managers.

• Manage, supervise and instigate civil works at site.

• Develop detailed programs for the coordination of site activities.

• Organize the delivery of materials.

• Analyze an interpret reports.

• Serve as the site representative.

• Maintain effective construction safety and security programs.

• Maintain effective management of developments that may affect project profit, costs and time schedules.

• Review and respect the master Project schedule.

• Identify and evaluate risk.

• Maintain effective quality control.

• Maintain knowledgeable of a contract terms and conditions.
