Interior Designer / Interior Architect - Blueprint

-Developing concepts from scratch, mood-boards, material board and any other document needed for clients understanding.

-Design, coordinate & supervise architectural projects from the Schematic Design & Design Development phases throughout the construction and until delivery.

-Planning, developing and coordinating interior fitout projects from scratch to the completion of construction documents.

-Reviewing and approving interior design drawings, materials, mock ups & finish samples and interior design finish boards.

-Coordinating interior projects with the interior team, providing shop drawings, solutions to design issues & producing design alternatives

-Approve the on-site construction material & finishes.

-Supervise the construction process assuring that it is being performed according to the construction documents, specifications and on schedule

-Lead & assign tasks & timelines to the team members to deliver the project on time & within budget and preparation of proposals & budgets to the client.
