4 years BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable University
Knowledge of HVAC calculations of heat load, air flow and pressure
Knowledge of commercial HVAC and Exhaust systems and equipment
Knowledge of sizing and selection of Hydronic Equipment
Knowledge of sequence of operations and control parameters
Familiarity with mechanical and building codes
Knowledge of process piping engineering and construction
Must be able to generate drawings for Bidding and Construction
Knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting and bid packaging
Field supervision and site quality and safety inspection
Knowledge of mechanical commissioning
