The primary role of an Associate is to lead problem-solving efforts on a portion of a client engagement. Associates play an important role on client engagements by identifying issues, forming hypotheses, designing and conducting analyses, synthesizing conclusions into recommendations and helping to implement change with our clients. Throughout an engagement, an Associate is involved in discussions and presentations with senior client leadership. Associates work on engagements that typically lasts between 5-14 weeks, and an Associate may normally work on more than one engagement on a full-time basis.
• Meeting clients and engaging in business development
• Conducting market research and developing strategies
• Conducting data analysis using traditional and advanced methods
• Authoring reports containing actionable recommendations
• Making presentations to internal management or clients — answering questions and instilling confidence
• Communicating with clients to understand and document the business objectives
• Creation of operational Financial Models for multiple industries (modeling business operational requirements such as budgeting & forecasting, financial reporting and consolidation tools)
• Knowledge of Financial Modeling
