Head of Supply Chain - Tenaris Saudi Arabia Ltd.

Purpose:



Manages company contract with the clients. Coordinates the Supply Chain processes in the region ensuring the fulfilment of the order process cycle and material delivery on time. Determines the optimal stock volume in the yard, reducing the invoicing cycle time and optimizing logistic operations.



Main Accountabilities



-Monitors the fulfilment of the order process cycle overseeing client demands and tracking orders are within established timeframe.

-Ensures material delivery on time.

-Maintains the optimal stock volume in the yard monitoring warehousing operations.

-Ensures invoices are processed correctly and in a timely manner.

-Provides an adequate flow of information regarding supporting documents.

-Guarantees customers needs and expectations are duly met.

-Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.

-Executes the negotiation of new agreements and the extension of existing ones monitoring contract terms and ensuring supply lead times are met.

-Implements collaborative planning, forecasting and stock replenishment, ensures production allocation optimizes load balance, assesses and minimizes the impact of demand variation on capacity, productivity, and inventory.
