We are working with a leading residential development company as they continue to expand and develop their operations across KSA. There is a requirement for an experienced Marketing Research specialist to join the team in Jeddah, they will be responsible for supporting the Director of Marketing during the development of marketing strategies and plans.
Duties and Responsibilities
►Perform the market research activities required to develop its project’s marketing strategies and plans, in addition to research requirements from other departments.
►Perform research requirements received from Strategy & Business Development department in coordination with the Business Development Analyst.
►Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
►Forecast and track real estate marketing and sales trends
►Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data ►Assess market research findings in order to Identify new market trends and opportunities
►Prepare reports for management on real estate market research findings
►Implementation of the marketing strategies and plans
►Developing pricing strategies
►Competitors analysis.
