Task Coordinator

Job Purpose: Monitor & Alert the task/Action Plan/Project Plan/To-do to respective department’s Manager and resources.



• Good Command, Communication skill and Vocabulary Strength in English

• Well versed with Microsoft Outlook

• Conserves executive's time by Monitoring & Alert about their tasks and to do list frequently

• Reporting about Task status and updates to concern department manager

• Communicate and update task history as per call/email

• Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information

• Contributes to team effort to complete tasks on target dates

• Skills/Qualifications: Administrative Writing Skills, Reporting Skills, Scheduling, Microsoft Office Skills, Organization, Time Management, Presentation Skills, Verbal Communication
