At Job N Job (UK) Ltd we have fantastic opportunities for experienced recruiters to work on a commission only freelance basis.
We are interested in speaking with candidates who are self-motivated and passionate about recruitment.
You will be required to:
Resource candidates for our well-established client base as well as develop new relationships and bring on you own clients
• Screening candidates to judge their ability for in the O&G, Construction and Engineering sectors.
• Arrange interviews with candidates and negotiate placements.
• Negotiating salary/rates and terms and conditions for clients and with
candidates.
• Temporary or permanent placements to fit the client’s requirements.
The successful candidate:
• Will have B2B Sales/ Customer Service experience.
• Experience in recruitment.
• Motivated, passionate about recruitment, and looking for a new challenge.
• Forward-thinking.
This role will best suit a recruiter who wishes to have all the flexibility, rewards & benefits of having your own agency but without all the financial responsibilities of the day to day running costs and responsibilities etc.
In return Job N Job UK Ltd will provide the you with all the back office functions, use of job boards, in house payroll team and administrative support, our online portal, software and email. Your remuneration will be based on a commission split from successful placements.
