We are currently looking for a Human Resource Manager with the following background:
Description of responsibilities:
• Work in a team environment to perform various Human Resource functions.
• To control HR functions and responsibilities related to All Human Resource Function.
• Work towards achievement of HR goals for optimum employee satisfaction.
• Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work related issues.
• Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Advise managers on organizational policy matters such and recommend changes as needed.
• Perform different staffing duties. Including dealing with understanding, refereeing disputes, terminating employees and administering disciplinary procedures.
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards organizational objectives.
• Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.
• Plan, direct, supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations and employee relation.
• Plan, organize, direct control or coordinate the personnel, training or labor relations activities of an organization.
• Represent organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
• Preparation of monthly payroll under the guideline of UAE Labor Law.
• Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems and safety and recreation programs.
• Assist to Regional Director in all the HR Matters.
• Responsible for smooth flow of HR Operations related to Recruitment, Staffing, Performance Appraisal, Compensation Management and Training & Development.
• Keep the HR data confidential.
START DATE:
• Immediate.
REPORTS TO:
• Regional Director, Human Resources.
LOCATION:
• Position based in Media City, Dubai.
