we are looking for 7 strong Retail sales Manger to bring Distributors of our product at south Africa, North Africa, Asia, North Europe, South Europe, west Europe and Gulf area.
put in place a distribution structure that delivers a sustainable edge in sales fundamentals.
Assisted the distributor in setting-up his business, in terms of acquiring assets, recruitment & training his staff, & establishing business systems & procedures.
Assisted the distributor in managing his business, in terms of follow-up, supervision, & control of daily work.
Structuring the sales force and the sales operation for the district.
Devolving the coverage for the district which reflect on the coverage by 100% growth.
Implemented several projects eg. (ASF, DTD, Trade deals…etc)
Implement all promotion activities (Consumer or trade promotions) as per the promotion campaign objectives & deadlines.
