ATS is growing its Testing Center of excellence, in which it will ensure proper software assessment in relation to the functional and technical requirements.



Software testing is at the heart of quality assurance and a critical element in the solution delivery process. Professionals within the testing specialty focus on the use of methodologies and techniques as well as tools and technologies.



As a Senior Tester you will contribute to the development, delivery and maintenance of technology-based business solutions. You will participate to the training and coaching or supervision of more junior Testers. You may be involved in test coordination activities or assist in business development activities.





Responsibilities might include:



·Ability to develop and manage some aspects of the testing effort, including plans, interdependencies, schedule, tools and required personnel

·Ability to document and communicate the status of testing progress against plans, taking corrective action as necessary

·Ability to define, implement, and maintain project process guidance related to testing

·Ability to consult with and develop technical resources for methods, procedures, and standards to use during testing

·Ability to review project deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with established project standards

·Ability to document and follow detailed instructions within test scripts as well as defects tracking documents (i.e., steps to recreate the problem)

·Understanding of testing concepts and how testing fits in with the overall project life cycle
