The job holder is responsible for the effective and efficient management of Legal matters, provision of legal advisory services and ensuring effective management of legal and contractual risks.



RESPONSIBILITIES:



•Review Contracts and provide comments and suggested revisions that protect the Company’s interests

•Develop contracts and other legal documents for Company use

•Review and be informed concerning the laws regarding labour relations, tax & excise regulation, import/export restrictions and tort of other countries where we conduct business

•Review press releases to insure no proprietary information is divulged or made public

•Participate and assist in Internal Audits when requested

•Respond to areas of litigation in which the Company may become engaged.

•Other duties as requested by the Chief Executive Officer

This role is ideally suited to someone with the relevant industry experience (O&G, Construction, EPC) who is a looking to move from a Senior Associate/Junior Partner role in Private Practice into an in-house position.
