• Working experience on Installations, Repairs, Testing, Commissioning, Technical support activities and Maintenance ( PM ) of various Bio-Medical Equipments;
• Handling and Solving technical issues; Escalating technical issues with the Manufacturing Companies ( principal companies ) in USA, UK, Germany and other Europe Countries;
• Working experience of at least 5 years on Hospital Projects similar to Sidra Hospital, in Qatar or in GCC;
• Providing technical expertise on all issues regarding Bio-medical equipments during the Hospital Projects;
• Providing training on the safe and effective use of Bio-Medical equipments for both Nursing staffs and Junior Bio-medical engineers, after Installations;
• Monitoring work flow and reviewing work methods and procedures;
• Providing technical details to customer or Consultant during the construction phase of Hospital;
• Working and interacting with Hospital Engineers/Contractors for successful execution of Medical Equipments Projects;
• Involving and Liaising with the Principal companies in USA, UK and Europe Countries, for ordering Equipments/Accessories/Spare parts and Communicating about Technical problems and customer’s feedbacks about the Bio-medical equipments.
• Coordinating provision of spare parts and accessories support for all Medical equipments installed at all the Hospital sites, to ensure customer satisfaction;
