The Role:
To be responsible of executing, preparing, and documenting all training activities to ensure adequate training delivery.
The Responsibilities:
Implementation of Training Plan
*
Participating in collecting and analyzing training needs to identify the Public (Soft Skills, Managerial, Leadership) and Privet (technical, functional, etc…) trainings.
*
Collect and analyze training service provider evaluations to help with the decision making.
*
Execution of the training plan.
*
Manage the registration process for all training activities.
*
Manage training arrangements (training equipment/materials, venue, etc…).
* File/archive all training related documents.
System & Reports
*
Provide TNA results to help L&D (learning and development) department to design training plan.
*
Generate and produce reports/presentations.
*
In charge of learning management system including Creation, update, develop, data entries, etc…).
* Maintain L&D log files.
Internship program
* look after the summer/coop program implementation and coordination with externally with Universities, education institutes and HRDF internally with departments.
Payments
* In charge of all payment process including (creation, communication with concerned parties, follow up, etc…).
