To work closely with the Operations manager to manage the services centers across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• Responsibilities:

• Assist in the overall supervision of the management functions.

• Managing a large scale of talented staff under different projects.

• Staff management and decision making.

• Follow the day-to-day management tasks and mitigate the operations risks.

• Directing the regional managers, operations managers and service managers in performance and the projects strategies.

• Reporting all of his activity to the management.

• Manage new requirements as needed.
