Our client is a multinational company, with operations in the Eastern Provence of Saudi Arabia. They are looking for a high calibre and experienced Fiannce Director to help guide their business through a growth phase.
Description
Reporting tothe Regional CFO and working alongside the Genral Manager, your primary focus will be to oversee and improve the finance operations of ths business, and ensure strong support and alignment with the operational teams of the business. More specifically, you will be required to provide strong and strategic leadership of the finance function, develop the skills and capability of the staff finance, whilst also helping the GM grow the business, through the evaluation of commercial opportunities for the business.
Profile
Candidates will require the follwing skills and profile to be considered for this role.
- Professional accounting qualifications
- Strong English communication skills
- Proven experience in an executive finance role within the Saudi market.
- Strong collections and and negotiating skills with clients and other external stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a large and multicultural finance function.
