We are currently seeking a Human Resources Specialist - in our Human Resources Business Support department who is a skilled generalist with strong technical knowledge. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will provide advisory support, execute key HR initiatives and enable a high performance culture. You will provide advice to people leaders and deliver HR services and programs that support operational excellence.
As the successful candidate you will have strong experience in business partnering, case management, employee engagement and providing advice to senior management and employees. You will also have excellent communication skills as well as strong relationship management skills. Finally, you will have a personable and professional approach, be highly organized with the ability to work autonomously and maintain confidentiality.
