Travel Tour Company representing 5 different internal products in the territory of Lebanon having an immediate vacancy for:

Financial Manager



The Financial Manager is responsible for the development, maintenance and control of the financial affairs of the company.



Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve company’s accounting rules and systems.

• Prepare company’s budget and regular reporting actual comparing to budget.

• Define account ting, management and finance job description and select the related key staff member who you will supervise and control authority on.

• Maintain and control the cash and treasury function on daily basis to enhance cash flow in the company.

• Adhere to predefined sales processes.

• Follow up on receivables mainly those related to difficult accounts.

• Provide support and leadership to the accounting team in their daily works.

• Explain and present the monthly financial results including fully supported P&L and Cash Flow to the GM.

• Manage 5 independent accountants on daily basis handling different products.

• Monitor and supervise the accounts of each product on daily basis and make sure before they leave the office that they have completed their assignments.

• Deal with the principles overseas.

• Able to control operations and overhead costs and give advice to management about the possibility to reduce costs.

• Handle Bank Affairs in all aspects and able to maintain company interest with the bank, i.e. bank charges, terms and conditions, etc.



Package



• 6 working days / week.

• Budgeted Package is USD 3,000/-, can be more depending on qualifications and experience.
