1.Perform the inspection on couplings. Execution of inspection conform instruction the quality control instructions. Detecting, measuring & repair imperfections on the coupling. Selecting, marking and labeling the rejected couplings.
2.Checking and registering of the intensity of UV light, intensity of the while light in the working space. Perform the test for the characteristics of the magnetization solution. Registering all the dates regarding coupling and test results.
3.Maintain the transability of the couplings. Collaborate with the maintenance personnel to solve the maintenance problems.
4.To participate at specific training for certification/recertification and to the examinations in order to obtain certification/recertification in magnetic powder method.
