Create time schedules, cash flows prior to projects/Remodels beginning and update on regular basis. Activity progress tracking and achievement of all Abyat Depts. Tracking of Purchases and follow up delivery. Maintain Projects records, contracts and correspondence
Responsibilities
Preparing time schedules ( Master Plans and detailed CPM )
Updating CPM and preparing monthly progress reports
Budget Tracking
Liaison with all Abyat Depts. and Expansion Team for activities progress, milestones, task completion, time and cost.
Maintain project detailed documentation
Coordinate with different functions to communicate deliverables required and ensure all deliverables are obtained within planned timeline.
Participate in project review meetings with functional managers & follow up deliverables with Abyat Depts.
Prepare Project Risk mitigation plan in terms of deliverables
Projects administration, record keeping, correspondence and filing..
