To assist in the supervision and communication with the security team’s operation in implementation of safety and security measures of the property. Provide assistance and support to Assistant Security Manager in Administration and Operation of the department.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the assignment of security team for the security coverage of the property as per operational requirements. To provide assistance to any department requesting for security support such as guest complaint, room opening, associate injury, fire, etc. To ensure that all members of the department are aware of his role and responsibility during emergency. To follow-up all security related incidents in the property and inform the outcome to Assistant Security Manager and to the department concern. To supervise and assist the daily security operation of the department on the front of the house area of the would be criminals, unwanted guest and suspicious person present in the area. To supervise and help with the conduction of 15 minute training of the shift leader of the shift and share new information regarding hotel operations. To ensure that all emergency incidents, accident and observation of flaws or violation are investigated and properly documented, entered into the log book and reported to the department concern.
To ensure that al suppliers, visitors, patrons are properly checked at the receiving area and provided with proper gate pass to enter the property. To act as team leader in any event of emergency as per hotel emergency response team emergency procedures. To monitor and supervise the receiving of all emergency item delivered to the property as per documentation and inform the department concern accordingly.
