Senior Lean Practitioner - Jaela - Loadstar (Pvt) Ltd.



Major Responsibilities



1. Assist manufacturing plant on their improvement projects by doing analysis and implementation of lean tools.

2. Support Factory Manager in his Lean Journey

3. Help Factory Manager to prepare his operational plan.

4. Help manufacturing team to identify improvement opportunity.

5. Validate the use and understanding of good KPI inside the factory.

6. Coach & support Lean Practitioners on their improvement projects.

7. Share and look for the best practice inside Loadstar factories & services.

8. Organize and Conduct Lean Internal Audits.

9. Identify Lean related training needs for factory members

10. Provide Lean Centered training programs as required.

11. Coordinate Lean practices within Loadstar lean department

12. Support the Factory Manager to prepare the VSM

13. Assist TLBO implementation



PROFILE



Professionals



• BSc. Or B. Industrial Engineering

• 5 years’ experience in Lean project implementation

• Experience with change management.



Technical



• Able to carry out change on behavior and system.

• Skill on problem solving & implementation

• Good knowledge on Lean Tools and ability to conduct Lean Training

• Knowledge in MS Office (Word/ Excel/ Power Point/ Access)
