Supply Chain Officer (Procurement)- Food Division- Kuwait:
Our food division is made up of a portfolio of different cuisines and dining concepts providing a diverse range of outlets. From quick service, casual dining providing by Pei Wei through to the high-end, quality dining experience of Veranda, there is a dining concept to suit all hospitality backgrounds. Brands include: Starbucks, P.F. Chang's, The Cheesecake Factory, Dean & Deluca, Pinkberry, Le Pain Quotidien, Asha's and Pizza Express.
The Role:
* Collect, process and communicate relevant data in a timely manner, prioritising where necessary.
* Place, track and coordinate all stock purchase orders into the markets to agreed timings and KPI's.
Complete analysis on the assortment inventory policy by stocking unit.
* Review and make recommendations for change in all processes regarding the specific department to improve contribution to the business.
* Track product availability in time for all sales plans and specifically ensure stock cover is appropriate for planned sales events.
* Manage all distribution (with cross border logistics requirements) to the markets and stores ensuring high service levels from supplier to DC to store, to agreed KPI's.
* Coordinate stock movements in all inventory holding points to an agreed budget level.
