•Responsible for Internal Customer (Department) Satisfaction through continual updates and timely placement.
•Responsible for internship Training for young UAE Graduate Students.
•Responsible for Minimal Recruitment Cycle.
•Responsible for Psychometric Assessment for candidates.
•Responsible for updating data bank.
•Responsible for maintaining and developing professional network.
•Responsible to prepare Employment Contract as per approved C & B structure.
•Responsible for training the staffs in the unit.
•Responsible for development of new process and procedures.
