Purpose/Scope



To ensure smooth meet and greet service of each passenger and handing them over to the chauffeurs



Main Duties



- Coordinating with operations for the passenger details

- Monitoring the flight details and keeping the operations informed as well as the driver of the flight details

- Meeting the guest at the designated area

- Informing the driver of the passenger’s arrival

- Escorting the passenger to the vehicle and handing over the passenger to the driver
