Brief Description
Al Misha’al is a six month training programme that is designed to train you for key front line positions such as Tellers and Customer Service Executives. Through both classroom and on-the-job training, you will learn about specifics of the job as well as develop your communication, English language skills, teamwork skills and good working habits.
Detailed Description
Customer Awareness: Making visitors aware of the range of products/services/facilities to address their specific needs.
Case Analysis: Collecting necessary information and analysing the defaulter cases in order to seek approval and initiate appropriate actions.
Customer Relationship: Sustaining customer relationship with the organisation (wherever appropriate) in order to retain customers and project a professional image of the bank.
Technical Knowledge: Learning and updating knowledge and skills required for performing the role independently.
Transaction Handling: Processing transactions that comply with procedural standards.
