Position: Assistant Manager for Leadership and Behavioral Training

Reporting to: Senior Manager of Learning and Development
Client: Leading local services provider
Job Purpose
- Reporting to the Training Manager.
- Designed and delivered junior management to senior management programs.
- Managed and reviewed development of training programs.
- Liaison with Line managers to conduct Training Programs
- Experiential Training through E-learning, Games, Role Plays, Demonstrations and Discussions.
- Modules development and delivered by me: Personality Development, Coaching and Feedback, Interviewing Skills, E-mail Etiquette, Business Communication, Business Etiquette and several others.
Job Responsibilities
- Implement train the Trainer process for In-house & vendor partner trainers.
- Develop Online Training programs through Flash, Java or any other online learning software
- Audit Training effectiveness of trainers in order to excel in program deliverables
- Handles Employee Engagement Activities for the vertical.
- Solely responsible for rolling out the People Development Plans.
- Actively be involved in hiring.
- Research and Development and implement Training and Quality System.
- Scheduling Training and Quality sessions for Team leaders, Assistant Managers and Managers.
- Monitor the effectiveness of Training and Quality Initiatives.
- Involved in Client Interaction Meetings to discuss Operational and Productivity Standards and Practices.
- Handles employee engagement activities
- Responsible for introducing many best practices in trainings and Discussions.

Specific Job knowledge and experience
- Minimum 8 years experience in Leadership & Behavioral Training, overall must have 12 years or more experience in Training.
- Bachelor's Degree in any stream.
- Training TTT.
- Experience in development programs to enhance and help employees to achieve high levels of performance with high focus on operations team.
- Translates theoretical concepts into business solutions.
- Accepts decision-making responsibility.
- Previous experience in designing, developing, implementing and evaluating training solutions.
- Sees multiple relationships.
