In order to support our Manpower Operational business, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager to focus on identifying retail opportunities in the market, working closely with the Business Managers across all Operational Teams to support growth of pipeline and deliverables.
The role is responsible for implementing short and long term sales strategies to secure growth for the Manpower Middle East business.
Responsibilities include:
• Achievement of sales objectives through effective pipeline management.
• Drive new sales in primary industry sector across all Manpower business lines.
• Prepare and conduct presentations and negotiations with identified clients to achieve growth objectives.
• Establish client contact plan for all short and long term business opportunities.
