Customer Service Manager - Utilities

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Services Manager for a major utility company in Qatar. This is a new position responsible for establishing a proactive customer service department and developing a set of standard customer service policies and procedures. The Customer Services Manager will be responsible for developing all customer services systems from customer registration through to account closure. This will include all forms, databases and collection of regular & general reports regarding customer service activities and customers status such as the number of customer complaints and enquiries. You will be responsible for recruiting a new team as well as managing existing team members.
