Our client is a major KSA-owned Quick Service Restaurant brand who is seeking an experienced Development Manager to oversee the operational management of their existing restaurants and oversee the implementation of new locations within Saudi Arabia and into the GCC.
The company currently operates over 30 shops in KSA with plans for massive expansion over the next 5 years.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for reviewing processes to manage the existing sites and make changes where necessary to improve service, quality and profitability.
The role requires someone with strong man-management techniques, who will be a highly-efficient communicator who is also able to advise and consult on all aspects of growth.
You must have Saudi Arabian / GCC experience in this sector.
You will develop and manage specification and build standardisation manuals in order to promote efficiency and cost-effectiveness, whilst retaining the brands excellent name for quality.
