A leading company specializing in corporate/office furniture in the local UAE market seeks an enterprising, well experienced savoured individual who can develop the business further and lead the team to achieving higher success.
The primary responsibilities are as below :
•Responsible for day-to-day running of the corporate furniture Business
•Responsible for the business growth and concluding new business opportunities
•Ensuring that forecasted sales targets are achieved
•Responsible for prospecting new clients, improving the reach of various market segments, business with Various Government & quasi Government organizations in U A E.
•Monitor businesses to ensure that sales team functions, efficiently and effectively and provide needed services to achieve the targets
•Train, assist, guide and decide on all technical, commercial aspects relating to the sale.
•Lead & assist the team in negotiating, concluding deals with desired margins, payment terms etc.
•Review sales, activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and achievement.
•Control and to determine areas needing cost reduction and suggest and implement improvement
•Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
•Implement goals and objectives.
•Prospect, assist in obtaining Distributorship of Additional products, services and recommend to the management for concluding the business arrangements.
•Maintain, improve enhance the relationship between Principals and GBF considering the long term growth and profitability.
•Regularly arrange, modify, exhibit new products in The Showroom to maintain leadership status in the market.
•Recommend to the management and arrange for participation in various exhibitions, shows visit IMPORTANT fairs and events taking place maintain our market leadership
•Train new employees and assist the team where ever required
•Oversee activities directly related to prospects conversion, execution of projects & timely delivery and completion.
•Collection, timely realization of receivables and outstanding dues from clients
•Direct and coordinate organization financial and budget activities to fund operation and increase efficiency.
•Suggest & recommend prices and credit terms, based on forecasts of customer demand and market conditions.
•Reporting to the Management and hold meetings with them to update about customers, market conditions, intelligence reports, budget planning and targets with clear objective not only to achieve, but exceed targets on regular fortnightly, monthly basis.
•Role includes looking after large corporate clients, enhancing customer base and ensuring that all queries problems are addressed, handled and solved promptly to the satisfaction of the customers.
•Lead the sales team to present our products to potential clients through direct proper communication, presentation to achieve and exceed the target.
