Financial controller

 Ensuring the monitoring of Cash funds and fund flow activities of the overall company

 Establishing the cash flow forecast by projects

 Ensuring the up-to-date accuracy of the data in the ERP-systems for the relevant profit- and cost centers reporting

 Monitoring the cash inflow and outflow activities and controlling the whole company finance and project finance.

 Establishing the internal audit procedures for payments to vendors and affiliates

 Authorize access to project accounts, authorize the transfer of expenses into and out of project-related accounts

 Review and approve supplier invoices related to a project, and approve the same for postings with proper classification and distribution

 Verify the and approve time sheets for work related to a project review account totals related to project assets and expenses

 Monitor Budgets and budgets encumbrances from the system and Investigate project variances and submit variance reports to management

 Confer with receivables staff regarding unpaid contract billings

 Project cash flows reviews with operation teams to establish and smooth flow of fund across the business.

 Reporting of impact and variances, report on project profitability to management

 Playing the lead role as project financial controller.

 Report to management regarding the remaining funding available for projects

 Investigate all project expenses not billed to customers, reporting of unbilled analysis and various aging reports to team leaders and management

 Manage close out projects and settlements of invoices

 Create and submit government reports and tax returns

 Compile information for internal and external auditors, as required

 Handling of treasury functions and LC, LG, and other treasury functions.

 Close coordination with operation team to resolve the issues arising from clients, and to highlight the same to management if any issues un resolved

Attend the project review meetings with all information of work in progress and obtain the necessary information to make progress billing happen in time.

 To co ordinate the procurement according to policies and procedures of approval and regulations and monitor the governance

 Active participation in project cost control and project analysis for efficient project financial management

 To make the month end accruals of projects cost and work in progress based on the completion stages of each project and cost incurred in the ERP

 Conducting reports in the context of risk management

 Conducting duly and complete accounting of the services for the relevant cost- and profit centers

 Controlling charges and recoveries of internal services
