Main Responsibilities:
• Manage the day to day on-site operation and ensure service delivery is of the highest quality and customer focused, with a significant emphasis on standards
• Ensure that the company continuously and effectively deliver the clients needs to the agreed specified Service Level Agreements
• Directly manage the operational management team, ensuring that each manager delivers their specific services within the agreed budget
• Have full P&L responsibilities
• Develop and manage a professional client retention and communication strategy, attending client meetings as required
