The Company
One of the most successful global energy suppliers in the world our client oversees and manages all the operations associated with seven LNG trains, two sales gas production facilities, helium production facilities, as well as major shipping contracts and global commercial partnership.
The Role
? Manage a operational budget of $2million per year
? Manage 12 direct reports
? Manage the business deliverables and technical support for the Programmatics, Corrosion & Materials Engineering Unit of the Static Equipment Engineering Section.
? Provide supervision & development for the Engineering staff
? Provide direction and ownership over the Facilities Integrity Management System (FIMS)
? programs of Corrosion, Pipeline & Lifting Equipment Programs
? Drive the development and continuous improvement of overall Integrity System
? (FIMS) w/regular feedback, review and improvement to the system components.
Steward RG-FIMS required system manual, functional programs manuals,
processes and procedures.
Support the stewardship and continuous improvement of various functional
programs.
Steward functional programs Key Performance Indicators and monitor functional programs reporting process.
? Manage the development and continuous improvement of Equipment Strategies for static
? equipment.
? Support onshore and offshore planned & ad-hoc activities associated with the Pipeline,
? Corrosion & Lifting programs.
? Provide oversight and direction to the plans and budget associated with integrity programs.
The Person
? Bachelor Degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering or equivalent from an
? accredited University program.
? Preferable 12 years (or 9 internally) relevant experience including experience in an Operating
? environment.
? Fluent in English language (demonstrated verbal and written skills).
? Computer literate including strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software with preference for
? knowledge of Access and/or Meridium and SAP.
? Exposure to Contract Procurement Management including, qualification, estimation,
? tendering, award, mobilization, oversight and stewardship.
? Thorough knowledge, formal training, and experience with relevant international Codes &
? Standards including but not limited to NACE, API 571, API 580, and reliability organizations
? and practices such as SMRP, RCM, or other Risk Based Equipment Strategy processes.
? Understanding of material degradation and corrosion control principles, safety and
? environmental requirements, and risk assessment.
? Extensive exposure to in-service Equipment Integrity, chemical injection, inhibition, and
? control.
? Exposure to underwater inspection services contracts and pipeline integrity management.
