HR Officer - Edafi

• Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.

• Monitor staff performance and attendance activities.

• Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors and council on Human Resources and work related issues.

• Organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities.

• Assist in continuously updating the HR procedures and manuals.

• Work on filing system to have all information and data properly stored.

• Provide staff orientation.

• Be responsible of clothing and uniform repartitions.

• Develop and implement procedures and policies on staff recruitment.

• Implement local procedures for local and foreigner employees with the coordination of the legal department.
