HR Officer

The Human Resource Officer’s job entails providing HR administrative support on day-today basis and contributing to the long-run development of HR function in specific during an initial phase of recruitment growth and development.



HR Functions:



• Implementing and carrying out personnel policies, company rules and regulations.

• Maintains and updates employees 201 files and keeps them properly to safeguard confidentiality.

• Maintains and updates records of employees’ vacation, sick and emergency leaves.



• Monitor daily attendance.

• Establishing, organizing and supervising the maintenance of department records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality.

• Developing HR policies on issues like working conditions, equal opportunities, performance, management, absence management, and disciplinary procedures.

• Advising on pay including employee benefits and promotion and other issues on remuneration.

• Listening to grievances of employees and implementing appropriate disciplinary procedures

• Developing HR strategic plans with the departments, in terms of skill and number levels in considerations with long-term and immediate staff requirements

• Conducting and advising management and supervising human resource issues; investigating human resource related problems and making recommendations to the organization.

• Advising staff regarding personnel, benefits, and pay issues.

• Handling RP renewals, Insurance, exit permits, CR renewals, cancellations…

• Handles payroll checking of employees.

• Perform other task that maybe required from time to time.
