Job Purpose:
Analyze, evaluate and maintain Company’s Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). Propose, design and implement system improvements, enhancements and new applications. Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy of HR data.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
SAP
•Analyze, implement and configure SAP modules to support the HR business process and fully utilize the capabilities and information stored on the system.
•Lead system / modules implementation planning to include project planning, testing, tracking issues, communications and evaluation of system implementation success.
•Responsible for recommending modifications to existing HRIS and/or analyze new systems to meet departmental demands.
•Receive, review and process all relevant source data documentation pertaining to recruitment, termination and employee status changes, promotions, and other HR related activities for entry into SAP Database / HRIS.
HR Applications
•Provide on-going maintenance of the HRIS applications including needs analysis, project planning, capacity planning, requirement specification, vendor selection, customization, testing and training and prior implementation.
•Define functional business requirements; perform fit/gap analysis, data mapping and system testing in order to ensure applications are fulfilling requirements.
•Prepare comparison charts, procedures, workflows, diagrams and flow charts to back up proposed new products/software.
E-Services - Automated Services
•Act as a technical focal point to cater e-solutions and automated electronic services provided by the HR Department.
•Create, modify and enhance in-house e-forms and e-request on company’s Intranet Portal in order to ensure process efficiencies.
Payroll Section
•Interact with Payroll Section and SAP Specialists to coordinate the resolution of payroll related problems pertaining to new hires, salary adjustments, salary or allowances change, accounts and transfers.
Reporting
•Design queries, generate, and verify accuracy of routine and ad hoc reports used by senior management and/or HR Department
