HSEQ Systems Manager - Mouchel Middle East

To manage report and maintain the Integrated management Systems that are implemented within the Middle East Business and to conduct specific ISO Reviews of all developed processes as required supporting the business.



Principal Accountabilities:

• Manage system requirements dictated by the current Integrated Management System.

• Liaise with both Corporate SHEQ and ME staff in terms of notifications or revised policy or procedure.

• Develop Middle East Procedures and Project Specific Procedures in relation to ISO: 9001 where the corporate system is UK are not possible in Middle East.

• To review the Middle East Safety Management System for ISO compliance and support in the training, implementation, monitoring required to attain the OHSAS:18001 certification.

• To review the Middle East’s Environmental requirements to achieve compliance for ISO: 14001. Provide support in the training, implementation, monitoring required to attain the ISO: 14001 certification.

• Maintain system requirements such as Vendor Database, Audit Schedules.

• Review and analyse feedbacks, evaluations, lessons learnt and other such documents to identify business trends and areas for improvement.

• Communicate notifications and alerts across the business.

• Coordinate External Surveillance Auditing for ISO Accreditations.
