1. Financial Reporting and Analysis

• Prepare the daily banking transaction spread sheet.

• Receive, controls, and records cash or check receipts.

• Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable.

• Monitor inventories & Stock Management

• Import sales and purchasing data from stock system and control accounting result

• Receive daily sales from branches, control money and cash outs

• Control suppliers statements

• Issue suppliers’ payments monthly or upon request

• Handle the filing of the department (Journal vouchers, Payment Notes, Receipts, Debit Notes, Credit Notes, Faxes, Approvals, MMG Invoices, Statement of Accounts, Work Orders, etc …)

• Review all invoices and receipts prepared prior to submitting them to the suppliers.

• Handle bank and intercompany reconciliation.

• Develop reconciliation reports for suppliers.

• Calculate, enter, post and apply payments to the relevant balances.

• Prepare monthly statements from suppliers to ensure invoices have been paid in a timely manner.

• Prepare payroll monthly, quarterly and year-end reports (gross payroll, hours worked, tax deductions, benefit deductions, etc.).

• Trace source and correct suppliers’ accounts for errors in billing rates, misapplied credits, or identifying information.

• Prepare schedules for the suppliers due invoices according to the payment terms.

• Issue monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements

• Occasional reports or analysis:

o Menu items prices analysis when subject to change

o Best selling items analysis

o Profit menu items analysis

o Raw material cost analysis



2. Management Accounting

• Set up and maintain a record and filing system of accounts payable vendor files.



3. Audit and Assurance

• Coordinate with auditor & follow up all requests with related departments.



4. Finance

• Evaluate the entity’s financial state

• Evaluate the entity’s cash flow and working capital

5. Taxation

• Reconcile data and handle to auditor for tax declaration

• VAT and Tax declaration
