Our Company, a well known automotive manufacturer is looking for a Junior Pricing Specialist to join it's Regional head office Sales & Marketing team based in Dubai.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
1) Completion of all order formalities within the stipulated deadlines which involves interaction with the NSCs and the MPS to ensure that all steps are duly carried out with the rectification of all errors. Preparation of order confirmations circulated to the NSCs ensuring the accuracy of all information provided.
2) Report preparation and maintain all updated records relating to order analysis, type wise sales, comparison reports for internal order CFT meeting with comparisons with previous forecasts, submissions and business plans, daily sales reports and all other MIS reports.
3) Regular update of all car flows submitted by the NSCs and ensure that the same are tallied and aligned with internal records maintained.
4) Update of all price lists and specification based on the latest trends and information received and ensure the same are communicated in time with the NSCs. This involves regular maintenance of the price lists, EIM and spec data based on the latest revisions carried out.
5) Support all price studies which involve current and re-positioning analysis by preparing the necessary C&F price and volume data as required.
6) Regular communication with the NSC on all matters relating to ordering, pricing, specifications to ensure the completion of all tasks within the stipulated deadlines.
7) Regular communication with the MPS on ordering and allocation matters, specifications and pricing with the requirements from the NSC being fulfilled to the maximum possible extent.
8) Portal updated on a regular basis with interaction with the NSC and ensure the accuracy of the information for ready use by all concerned.
9) Close interaction maintained with all counter parts in the Middle East office to ensure the accurate and timely flow of information.
10) Support to and regular communication of all information to all members within the team, with regards to the latest information pertaining to orders and allocation, pricing and other relevant information and actively participate in all internal meetings.
