Implementation of strategy on defined market territory including; research of selected target markets; analyzing existing and potential customers’ products; market positions and future potentials.
Observe activities of all existing and new players in our customers’ markets and use these observations for input into our strategy planning
Develop and implement key strategic projects as instructed by Area Manager
