Network Administrator

- Monitor & supervise the quality of operations for the enterprise network and ensure it functions efficiently.

- Check all network procedures regularly and to ensure they are appropriate and being followed.

- Plan and set direction of the network infrastructure and to accommodate the future changing needs and growth with technology.

- Review latest network related processes and tools. Prepare reports documenting effectiveness of network operations.

- Meet with Staff on an ongoing basis to receive feedback and suggestions for the network and inform the staff regarding new development and changes in network services.

- Maintain records on repairs, downtime, changes, additions and updates to the network infrastructure.

- Responsible for coordinating modification, repair and preventative maintenance of network-computing infrastructure.

- On-call, support off-hours for urgent problems. Consult with users and program management conducting information assessments to determine user needs and to define network solutions to meet user requirements.

- Perform a variety of tasks within the general scope of the job and others that may be assigned by the management.
