BASIC FUNCTION:
Plans and develops the Business Unit’s Organizational Capability Business Plan in support of business and strategic plan objectives. Collaborates with key stakeholders and utilizes project management skills in the execution of the plan as required under the Chevron Project Development & Execution Process (CPDEP). Partners and collaborates with key stakeholders within the core business and support services to deploy initiatives on resource optimization. Aligns talent and capability through leveraging training interventions within Chevron, and implements Best Practices to successfully deploy programs. Responsible for assisting with the implementation of plans and programs of the technical training facility required in the region.
