Brief Description
The PAL- General programme is for those university graduates who wish to pursue a career in banking at Emirates NBD. It prepares them for this with a programme of classroom training and on-the-training (OJT). This category is especially for those who will be placed in the departments below:
• Marketing
• Human Resources
• Wealth management
• Risk management
• Auditing
• Legal department
• Procurement
Detailed Description
Course training:
• Training on the banking computer systems (Finacle)
• Customer service
• Time management
• Presentation skills
• Anti-money laundering, etc.
Rotation:
An on-the-job training rotation lasting 15 months, then deployment
