PAL Retail prepares those university graduates who wish to pursue a career in Retail at Emirates NBD for managerial positions through classroom and on-the-job training (OJT). The outcome of this will be a heightened knowledge of banking products and process as well as the wisdom to find solutions best suited to customer needs.
